Glamping Paradiž Škatlar

This charming little wine house (hramček) from 1810 was relocated from Kočarija and represents one of the earliest types of wine cellars in the region—originally built in wood before stone construction became the norm. The glamping accommodation is designed for two guests and features a thatched roof and unique furnishings crafted from repurposed wooden barrels (doge). Inside, you’ll find a cozy sleeping area, a small kitchen with a dining nook, and a bathroom.

Just outside, guests can unwind in a Finnish sauna built into a wooden barrel or soak in the outdoor jacuzzi. Bicycle rental and massages are also available. In the nearby old wine cellar, guests can help themselves to a selection of ten different wines, including several tolerant (organic) varieties. A homemade cold platter is also offered.

On the first evening, guests are invited to a cellar tour, a multimedia wine presentation, and a wine tasting with local delicacies. During harvest season, they’re welcome to take part in the winemaking process.
