Wine Tasting at Colnar Wine Cellar

Colnar Wine Cellar is a family-run winery with a winemaking tradition dating back to the year 1400. Over the centuries, the Colnar family has maintained a strong connection to the land and grape cultivation. Today, they farm more than 10 hectares of vineyards across four different locations. Their wine selection includes the indigenous cviček, modra frankinja (Blue Franconian), rosé, kraljevina, laški rizling (Welschriesling), beli pinot (Pinot Blanc), and a white blend called Collis. In 2008 and 2014, they earned the title “King of Cviček” for producing the highest-rated cviček, further fueling their passion for winemaking.

Wine Tastings at Colnar Wine Cellar
Colnar Wine Cellar offers visitors a complete experience, including wine tastings, tours of the cellar and vineyards, and a variety of teambuilding activities. Guests can learn about the wines and the production process, and visit the newly built cellar from 2022. The tasting offer is tailored to guests’ preferences and includes tastings of 3 to 6 wines, accompanied by platters of local delicacies. They welcome all types of groups, and during the tasting, visitors can also try grape seed oil and baked goods made with grape seed flour.
